I built BuildTrack — a Construction Project Management Dashboard for contractors. The problem: Contractors juggle projects, budgets, tasks, and site activity across different tools. Spreadsheets no dey work for field teams. My solution:

Active Projects overview (12 projects, $2.4M total budget, 72% utilization)

Budget tracking with spent/remaining bars and timeline management

Team Tasks with status (On Track, Overdue) + Budget Overview

Clean, responsive UX built for site managers. This is a data visualization concept that helps construction managers see projects, money, and milestones in one place — similar workflow to AI-driven home services platforms.Tech: React, Node.js, MongoDB.#lovablechallenge
