Hez&Danz Fitness Studio was born out of the friendship and shared passion for fitness of Hezi and Daniel. Both had extensive backgrounds in the fitness industry, with experience in personal training, group fitness, and nutritional guidance. They wanted to create a studio that wasn't just about exercise but also about fostering a sense of community and family among its members.
