The renovation of The Creativity Centre for Children and Youth

Project description. The solution I proposed consisted of reorganizing the general structure of the building, as well as solving the issues of unused premises, turning them into needed spaces such as a canteen, a multimedia library, a children's observatory, etc. Also, changes were made concerning landscape design with the possibility of saving existing trees and arranging pedestrian zones. Solutions to seasonal flooding and drainage of groundwater by gathering it in artificial lakes have been provided. Green roofs made it possible to organically fit the building into the space of the forest park.
