It's great to be early, right? For this product launch, I created copy that beat the brand to its own punch by targeting the installers who'd eventually sell to homeowners.
Think of it like getting your downline distributors hyped up but without the typical slog through product documentation. Leading with the payoff works, and in this case, it generated clicks, comments, downloads, and meeting requests.
This copy played up the nostalgia aspect with the "stack" concept featured in the video and the opening hook. To develop these elements, I reviewed technical literature behind the scenes to find aspects of the new product that would evoke the "Lego" feel (without actually referencing a trademarked toy, ahem).
The result was hundreds of engagements, which is great for a midday post on the cesspool that is LinkedIn.
