Responsibility : Comprehended the business needs by communicating with stakeholders, identified the scope of it, selected the suitable KPIs and framed the steps of work that add value to the analysis. Gathered required data by writing Complex SQL query in Google Big Query and analyzed revenue by SKUs/ Sales vs. non-Sales day/ product category / customer LTV on different platforms like Shopify and Amazon data in Excel. Recommendation on discount, bundled products, free product on combo purchase led to revenue growth of 17% on non-sale day. Released a customized dashboard in Tableau to track all the KPIs.
