Role: AI Automation & Workflow Systems Builder

Built and operated a Python-based AI automation platform for reliable, long-running business workflows. The system uses persistent job state, queues, retries, leases, idempotency, schedules, validation, and auditable event history. High-impact actions are kept behind explicit authority boundaries instead of allowing model recommendations to become execution permission.

The difficult engineering problems were partial execution, crash/lease recovery, duplicate prevention, bounded AI usage, and keeping workflow state understandable enough to debug and improve.
