Designed fail-closed authority boundaries for consequential automation. Model reasoning can recommend an action, but payment, external writes, deployment, and other high-impact operations require explicit authority tied to the exact durable job and immutable payload digest.

The design separates intelligence from authority, protects against stale/replayed approvals, and keeps execution idempotent and auditable. Sensitive customer data is routed fail-closed so raw confidential inputs do not silently fall through to cloud models by default.
