Description

Tangle & Whisper: Casefiles is a fan-made 2D animated short inspired by the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series. The project follows Tangle the Lemur and Whisper the Wolf in an original scene that focuses on character interaction, cinematic storytelling, and expressive animation.

Using Adobe Animate for animation and CapCut for editing and audio synchronization, I created a polished sequence that combines dynamic character movement, scene composition, and sound design. My goal was to capture the personalities of these established characters while practicing professional animation workflows and improving my storytelling techniques.

Throughout production, I focused on smooth animation, clear staging, expressive poses, lip-sync where applicable, timing, and editing to create an engaging viewing experience.

This project is a non-commercial fan animation created for portfolio and educational purposes. Sonic the Hedgehog, Tangle, and Whisper are the property of SEGA.
