Crafted Solutions :

Empathize Phase:

User Persona:

A user persona is a fictional yet realistic representation of a key segment of the target audience for the product.
With the data collected from the online research conducted , I created a user persona representing an ideal user for the application. The persona helps us arrive at a better solution as it gave an in-depth understanding of user goals, and user frustration and overall personality.

Empathy Map:

Empathy mapping helped to gain user thoughts, feelings , actions and pain points. The data on empathy map are based on the user persona.

Define Phase:

User Journey Map:

A user journey map visually represents a user’s interactions with product, aiming to understand their needs, identify areas for improvement, and create user-centric design.

Competitive Analysis:

In our UX research , we’ve analyzed competitors to enhance our medical appointment platform. This includes, comparing features and aligning with market trends to deliver a superior user-friendly design.

SWOT Analysis:

SWOT analysis helps in identifying areas of focus and developing strategies to enhance the strengths, reduce weakness, capitalize on the opportunities and address the treats.
The below SWOT analysis is for the two competitors I’ve analyzed above.

Ideate Phase:

User Flow :

A user flow in UX design is visual map f the steps a user takes to complete a task or a goal in product .

Information Architecture:

Information architecture (IA) involves organizing and structuring content in a logical and user-friendly manner to help users find and understand information efficiently.

Prototyping

Low Fidelity Wireframes:
Low- fidelity wireframes are simple sketches or digital mockups that are outline the structure and layout of a digital interface without detailed design elements.
High Fidelity Wireframes:
High-fidelity wireframes are detailed, polished representations of a digital product, closely resembling the final design. They include real content, detailed design elements like typography and colors, and may have interactive components to simulate user interactions.
