PlasmaSafe — Healthcare Website for an Oral Surgery Product

Overview

PlasmaSafe needed a working web presence for a clinical oral surgery product. The company had no functional website, so the first priority was not a polished marketing redesign — it was making the product understandable, searchable, and useful for dentists, surgeons, and medical buyers.
I built a functional healthcare website that explains the product, gives visitors a clear path through the information, and creates a foundation the company can improve visually later.

The problem

Before this project, PlasmaSafe had no working site to explain what the product was, who it was for, or how it fit into oral surgery workflows. For a medical product, that creates an immediate trust and clarity gap: buyers need to understand the product quickly before they can evaluate it seriously.

What I built

I designed and implemented a responsive website structure covering the core user journeys:
Landing page introducing PlasmaSafe and the product use case
Product page explaining the clinical value proposition
Shop flow for product access and purchasing intent
FAQ section for common buyer questions
FAQ chatbot trained on company/product details
Surgical logger / patient logging interface as part of the product ecosystem
Responsive layouts for desktop and mobile

My role

I handled UX design, visual design, responsive layout, and implementation in Replit. The work focused on turning scattered product context into a usable website that could explain the offering clearly.

Design direction

The main goal was usefulness first: make the product easier to understand, reduce confusion for clinical buyers, and create a site the company could actually use. The UI is not the final visual direction yet — a future iteration should focus on polish, conversion, and stronger medical-brand trust signals.

Outcome

The project gave PlasmaSafe a working public site instead of no usable product presence. It now has a clear structure for product education, support questions, and future conversion improvements.
