Overview

PlasmaSafe needed more than a basic marketing website. The company needed a working digital platform that could explain a clinical oral surgery product, support buyer education, and provide practical tools around the product ecosystem.
I designed and built a full-stack healthcare web app that combines a public product website, structured product education, onboarding content, FAQ support, account/admin flows, and clinical logging functionality. The goal was to turn scattered product knowledge into a clear, usable digital experience that could support both commercial growth and real operational workflows.

The problem

Before this project, PlasmaSafe did not have a functional digital presence that clearly explained the product, its clinical use case, or its role in oral surgery workflows.
For a healthcare product, this creates a major trust and clarity gap. Dentists, surgeons, and medical buyers need to understand what the product does, how it fits into practice workflows, and why it is clinically relevant before they can evaluate it seriously.
The challenge was to create a usable product platform quickly, one that could communicate the offering, answer common questions, support educational content, and provide a foundation for future product, sales, and operational features.

What I built

I designed and implemented a responsive full-stack web application covering the core user journeys:
Public landing page introducing PlasmaSafe and the product use case
Product pages explaining the clinical value proposition
Shop and purchasing-intent flow
FAQ section for common buyer questions
AI-powered FAQ chatbot trained on product and company context
Educational onboarding pages with clinical resources
Account functionality
Surgical / patient logging interface as part of the product ecosystem
Responsive layouts for desktop and mobile
Backend routes, database structure, and integrations to support app functionality

My role

I handled UX design, visual design, responsive frontend implementation, backend implementation, and product structuring in Replit.
The work focused on translating clinical product context into a usable digital product: organizing information, defining page structure, building user flows, implementing app functionality, and creating a platform the company could continue improving over time.
Design Direction
The priority was clarity and usefulness. PlasmaSafe needed a digital experience that could make a complex healthcare product easier to understand, reduce friction for clinical buyers, and give the company a working platform instead of a static brochure site.
The visual design was built to be clean, functional, and medically appropriate, with room for future refinement around brand polish, conversion optimization, and stronger trust signals.
Outcome
The project gave PlasmaSafe a working full-stack healthcare platform instead of no usable product presence.
The company now has a structured digital foundation for product education, buyer support, onboarding content, customer workflows, and future commercial improvements. It can explain the product clearly, support clinical users, and serve as a base for more advanced healthcare product functionality.
