Diligence is an AI-powered due diligence tool for VC analysts. The product turns a slow, repetitive research process into a coordinated multi-agent workflow that can produce an investment memo in under 7 minutes.
The goal was to make the value immediately clear: instead of manually jumping between market research, competitor analysis, founder background checks, risk notes, and memo writing, the user can move through one streamlined tool.
The problem
VC due diligence is high-friction because the same research loops repeat across every company. Analysts often need to gather market context, summarize risk, compare competitors, and convert scattered notes into a clean memo. That process is valuable, but much of it is repetitive.
What I built
I built a working Replit app that demonstrates a faster research workflow for investment analysis:
Multi-agent research loop with 9 coordinated agents
Structured due diligence workflow
Investment memo generation direction
Web interface for submitting and reviewing analysis
Backend logic for coordinating research steps
Fast prototype built around the core analyst use case
My role
I handled product thinking, UX structure, web design, backend implementation, and fullstack build in Replit. The work focused on making the AI workflow understandable and usable rather than hiding it behind a generic chatbot.
Outcome
The prototype shows how a VC analyst could reduce hours of repeated research into a focused workflow that returns structured diligence output in minutes. It is a strong proof-of-concept for AI-assisted investment research tools.
