TRACY TANG HOMES(TTH), founded by Tracy Tang and Alex Lau, is the eXp Realty professional realtor team based in San Francisco Bay Area.

Despite having an iconic logo and utilizing a wide range of promotion platforms, the brand currently lacks a cohesive system of branding elements and strategies. To address this issue, I took charge of the rebranding effort and unified the brand by creating a comprehensive set of branding elements and strategies. This involved defining the brand color as orange, establishing a consistent brand voice, and providing clear directions for social media layouts. Additionally, I created a series of branding materials including business cards, cover images, post templates for various social media platforms, listing postcards, and branded souvenirs.

Since TTH heavily uses video marketing to promote their listings, as part of the rebranding process for TTH, I also established a motion brand guideline. Following this guideline, I created a set of cohesive animations, including logo animations, lower-thirds, and transitions, that align with the brand voice. Moreover, I converted them into mogrt files to facilitate more efficient video editing across different video editors.

As part of this effort, I also took on the role of videographer and photographer, providing post-production services such as video editing and retouching to promote Tracy's personal branding and her listings. By implementing these strategies, we were able to strengthen the brand's identity and increase its visibility across various platforms.
