As a manager and content creator at @wrapmeup_surabaya (instagram) , I manage content from pre-production to post-production, I also manage advertising and business development by conducting market and audience research. One of my achievements there is getting more than 1 million reach in first 3 months.
Chapter 1: Starting the Journey
I started by creating a solid business plan for our company specializing in the installation of PPF and decals on vehicles. The first step is to build superior product quality and service, which is the main foundation for this business. Our business model is B2B and B2C, so in the scope of work, our audience is vehicle users and vehicle sellers
Chapter 2: Creative Content Production
I realize that in this digital era, producing creative and interesting content is the key to reaching a wider market. I started making video tutorials about installing PPF and stickers that were informative and interesting. This not only provides valuable information to potential customers, but also strengthens our brand image as experts in the industry.
Additionally, I regularly post high-quality photos and videos of our completed projects on our social media. This helps generate buzz among automotive enthusiasts interested in protecting or changing the appearance of their vehicles.
Chapter 3: Developing Markets
I realized that our potential market was not only limited to private car owners. We also develop the market by collaborating with automotive dealers, workshops and other vehicle service providers. We offer special packages for these businesses, which include PPF installation and stickers at affordable prices. This helps us reach new customers who may have never previously considered our services.
Chapter 4: Effective Advertising
We carry out digital advertising campaigns focused on social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. We use paid advertising to target the right audience based on interests and demographics, resulting in high conversion rates.
Additionally, we work with automotive blog owners and industry-leading influencers. They help us promote our services through honest product reviews and recommendations to their followers. Some of automotive influencers that we have working with is @banana.fd and @2gd.takemi . Choosing the right influencer to work with is very important. Before collaborating, of course we carry out background research on the influencer and check the audience. As a result of choosing the right influencer and good cooperation, the brand's name will be better known in the city so it will have a good influence on the brand
Chapter 5: Results
Thanks to quality content combined with a good marketing strategy, the brand is growing rapidly, especially in the automotive segment in the city, the allocation of funds for advertising can be very effective with the turnover obtained each month.
