As a high-growth start-up, Foodics - a Saudi Arabia-based FoodTech - was going through a heavy recruitment phase, especially at the leadership level. We supported the client on multiple occasions, with the creation of original case studies and competency-based evaluations.

The Spark ✨

The client needed to hire for leadership-level roles. The goal was to assess the potential candidates with different competencies. We mapped the competencies required to the particular roles and created original case studies, with panel guides to enable the hiring managers to evaluate the candidates objectively.
