🤖 PROJECT OVERVIEW

Cipher & Row is a cloud-native Generative AI platform that enables businesses to deploy intelligent chatbots for customer support, knowledge management, and workflow automation. The platform combines Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and enterprise integrations to provide accurate, context-aware responses from company documents, FAQs, and internal knowledge bases.

The solution serves multiple business domains including real estate, logistics, healthcare, and e-commerce, allowing organizations to reduce support costs, improve customer engagement, and provide 24/7 conversational assistance across web and mobile channels.

👨‍💻 MY ROLE

I joined the team as a Full Stack Developer responsible for developing and maintaining both the React frontend and Node.js backend services. I owned the chatbot conversation engine, document ingestion pipeline, RAG architecture, and analytics dashboard end-to-end—from solution design and implementation to cloud deployment and production monitoring.
