🚀 Summary

SX Betting Platform is a decentralized sports betting platform built on blockchain infrastructure. The platform enables peer-to-peer wagering on sports and event markets using cryptocurrency, removing the need for a traditional centralized bookmaker. Bets are matched directly between users, with odds generated dynamically based on market liquidity and demand.

🔧 What I did

From a technical perspective, it integrates smart contracts to manage bet placement, escrow, settlement, and payouts in a transparent and automated manner. These smart contracts ensure that wager terms are enforced programmatically, reducing counterparty risk and increasing trust through on-chain verification. The platform supports wallet-based authentication, allowing users to connect via compatible crypto wallets without traditional account credentials.

The frontend is implemented as a web-based application optimized for real-time data updates, including live odds, market status, and bet execution. Backend services handle event data ingestion, odds calculation, and interaction with blockchain networks for transaction execution.
