Concept: A Premium Ecommerce Growth & CRM Consultancy

This is a spec/concept project built to demonstrate end-to-end thinking across ecommerce launch strategy, CRM automation architecture, and paid acquisition systems. The site was generated using Lovable AI from a detailed prompt, then refined for brand, UX, and conversion.

The Brief I Wrote

An independent ecommerce growth practice for premium DTC brands launching into six and seven figures. The positioning: quiet, senior-level work across three disciplines (launch strategy, CRM/lifecycle automation, and paid acquisition) delivered as a single operating system.
The brand needed to feel like a high-end European consultancy: data-rich, precise, and trustworthy to founders spending real money on growth.

What I Built

A full marketing site with conversion-focused architecture and live data visualizations:

Data-first approach: Every section leads with numbers, charts, or visual proof before copy
CRM flow visualization: The sample deliverable section shows exactly what a client would receive, not just a description of it
Tech: Built with Lovable AI from a detailed prompt, using Next.js and Tailwind CSS under the hood
AI tools used: Lovable AI for site generation, Claude for prompt engineering and content strategy

Why This Matters

This project demonstrates how I think about ecommerce growth positioning: mapping the full customer journey from launch strategy through CRM automation to paid acquisition, packaging it with data-rich proof points, and building a site that converts founders who are serious about scaling.
