The habit tracker I created with Google Sheets allows you to track habits daily, weekly, and monthly, and it also includes a monthly goal chart. You can enter the target number of days for each habit in the daily habit table. This allows you to see the total number of days the habit has been completed and the percentage. In addition, this percentage is supported by a graph that darkens as the habit reaches the target number of days.
The daily habit performance chart shows the percentage of daily habits completed. The weekly and monthly habit charts included in the template allow you to track habits on a weekly and monthly basis. Progress can also be monitored with percentages and graphs.

The Customize tab in the template allows you to select the starting month and year. This allows you to customize the template for any time period.

The Yearly Progress sheet at the end of the template shows the percentage and graph of adherence to the daily, weekly, and monthly habits for each month of the year. The 'Yearly Total Progress' graph shows the average percentage and graph for the year.
