Pocket Fitness combines fitness and IT to create a new customer experience, and we work hard to create something that will make people fantasize about how fun, convenient, and exciting it could be.
Problem
They brought on a large staff to manage the gyms manually, incurring significant costs. My aim was to develop an app that would serve all stakeholders in the fitness industry—gym users, staff, and administrators alike. Each of these groups had distinct requirements that we needed to pinpoint and address.
Solution
To address the challenge of high manual management costs in gyms, proposed integrating an AI scan feature into a mobile app customized for gym users, staff, and administrators. By recognizing and catering to the unique requirements of each group, the app will streamline operations and elevate the user experience. Users will enjoy seamless session booking, staff will efficiently manage memberships, and administrators will glean valuable insights from comprehensive analytics. This solution is designed to lower costs, enhance productivity, and foster long-term success in the fitness industry.
Conclusion
By strategically dividing flows and refining functionalities, significantly enhanced the platform's usability, bolstered by the seamless integration of a unified design system. The client's satisfaction was unmistakable, prompting an invitation to extend our collaboration beyond the project's initial scope. Working in close collaboration, propelled Pocket Fitness's advancement forward.
