I am Paul Christo, the CEO of Willowridge Coaching Company. I am a very experienced former global sales manager and accountant with one of the biggest technology companies in the world. I have certifications in multiple coaching disciplines. And - I am an expert in process efficiency and program management.

I work one-on-one with each member of your team. I learn their goals, dreams and challenges. We will get very clear on what success looks like for the company, for the team and for the individual.
Then I develop a customized program for your company, which will include group and individual teaching, training and coaching.
