Names.co.uk website design and development

GamLEARN needed a credible online presence to support the launch of their charity, which focuses on reducing gambling-related harm through professional training and support networks.
They had an existing placeholder site that was not fit for purpose. It was poorly designed, difficult to navigate and undermined the credibility of the organisation at a critical early stage.
The primary goals were to clearly communicate their mission, drive membership signups and promote events. At the same time, the team needed to be able to manage content themselves without ongoing developer support.
I designed the full site in Figma and implemented it using the names.co.uk website builder. Rather than treating the builder as a limitation, I used its “Collections” feature as a lightweight CMS, structuring content so the team could update events and site data independently.
To maintain design quality, I custom built Mailchimp form embeds in HTML to match the visual system of the site, ensuring a consistent user experience across key conversion points.
The result was a clean, professional site that allowed GamLEARN to launch with confidence and manage their own content from day one.
