Developed a full-featured Gym Management System that streamlines member onboarding, subscription tracking, access control, and payments.

Key Highlights:

Admin Dashboard built with Flutter Web for managing branches, members, plans, trainers, and payment records.

Real-time subscription tracking with visual status indicators (e.g. “Expired X days ago”).

Integrated Razorpay for secure online payments, and WhatsApp API for member notifications.

Designed hardware access control system with ESP32 + R503 fingerprint sensor in a custom enclosure, synced to the cloud backend.

Payment modes include UPI, Cash, and Card — with dynamic discounting and invoice calculation.

🧠 Backend was powered by Django + PostgreSQL, supporting fingerprint verification, secure login, and access history logging.
