1.Live chat support -customer can file their queries and get feedback immediately/ 2. QnA - customer can read ararch through the question and find out if the problem they are encouraging is indicated leading which is quick and fast self support/ 3.Social media support- Use social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram to provide customer support. Respond to customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a timely manner. /Feedback - customer are able to leave their satisfaction report by rating the customer agent
