I recently worked on a project where I built an AI Voice Lead Qualifier Agent for a solar company using Retell.ai. The main idea was to make the lead qualification process smoother and faster, so the sales team could focus more on closing deals instead of sifting through leads.

Here's What I Did:

Retell.ai Integration: I used Retell.ai to create a voice agent that chats with potential customers. It can answer their initial questions, give them information about solar products, and see if they're interested in moving forward.
Appointment Booking with Google Calendar: The voice agent is connected to Google Calendar, so when it qualifies a lead, it can book an appointment directly into the sales team's calendar. This way, no leads fall through the cracks.
High Efficiency: This agent is a powerhouse—it can qualify up to 100 leads per hour! That means the sales team can spend their time talking to people who are already interested, rather than sorting through a bunch of initial inquiries.
Better Lead Management: The system tracks all interactions and leads statuses, providing detailed reports. This keeps everything organized and makes it easy to see where each lead stands.

Impact:

This project has been a game-changer for the solar company. By automating the lead qualification process, the sales team can now focus on engaging with serious prospects. This boosts their productivity and helps them build better customer relationships and close more deals.
