Led end to end delivery

Led end to end delivery of a custom WordPress website build for The Dana on Mission Bay, the flagship property of the Bartell Hotel collection in San Diego. The Dana was built using custom code and Gutenberg blocks and served as the design and development template for four sister properties: Pacific Terrace Hotel, Days Inn Hotel Circle, Half Moon Inn, and Island Palms Hotel.

Managed the full project across 11 homepage designs, two navigation design variations including a hybrid hamburger and page layout navigation for Pacific Terrace, and 9 internal page designs. Coordinated designers, developers, content integrators, copywriters, and SEO specialists through every phase from discovery through launch across all five properties simultaneously.

Each sister site was built on The Dana's template and customized to match the individual property's branding including fonts, colors, and imagery while maintaining a consistent design system across the collection.
