🧠 About the Project Thin Lizzy is a leading beauty and cosmetics brand based in Australia. The client wanted to increase online visibility, organic traffic, and most importantly, improve conversion rates on their eCommerce store.
🚧 The Challenge The brand was driving consistent traffic but struggling with:
Low conversion efficiency despite strong impressions
Limited visibility in competitive beauty & skincare searches
✍️ My Approach As the CRO specialist, I focused on improving both visibility and on-site engagement through data-driven insights:
Conducted an in-depth CRO and SEO audit using Google Analytics & GSC
Identified high-drop-off points and optimized CTAs, navigation, and product flows
Improved on-page SEO with targeted keyword optimization and structured content updates
Implemented tracking systems to measure conversion lifts and engagement
Results
Impressions grew from 570K to 1.06M in just 3 months
Conversions improved from 1.13% to 1.18% (with higher-value transactions)
Increased organic sessions and engagement metrics, leading to stronger revenue growth
