Overview I designed and developed a modern marketing website for WorkGallery, a productivity-focused SaaS platform that helps teams manage projects, track performance, and streamline workflows in one place. The goal was to create a clean, conversion-driven experience that clearly communicates value while keeping the interface simple and engaging. 

My Role Product Designer & Framer Developer — I owned the full process from structuring the user journey to designing and building the final experience in Framer.

What I Did I crafted a structured landing experience that balances product storytelling with usability. This included designing key sections like the hero, features, “how it works,” testimonials, and pricing to create a smooth narrative flow from awareness to conversion.

I focused heavily on hierarchy, spacing, and clarity—ensuring users can quickly understand the product’s value (team monitoring, project tracking, analytics) without feeling overwhelmed. On the development side, I implemented reusable components, smooth interactions, and responsive layouts to ensure a consistent experience across all devices. 

Challenges The main challenge was simplifying a feature-rich product into a clear and digestible interface. With multiple functionalities (project management, analytics, collaboration), I had to carefully structure content to avoid cognitive overload. Another challenge was maintaining a premium feel while working within a familiar SaaS layout—pushing visual polish and interaction details to make the experience stand out.
