AI Chatbot for Quoting and Pricing Plumbing Services

I developed a chatbot for a plumber which was able to diagnose a user's plumbing problem, provide pricing from the plumber's pricing book, and schedule the service.
The client wanted this to be done without code so I used VoiceFlow for logic, VoiceGlow to enable image uploads, and OpenAI assistants for the LLM and RAG.
