Matrix Transport is a Netherlands based transport and logistics company offering courier delivery, passenger transport, and bus rental services across the country. They needed a website that could communicate speed, reliability, and professionalism to convert visitors into direct transport inquiries.

To design and develop a custom Webflow website from the ground up, with no existing Figma file, positioning Matrix Transport as a dependable transport partner while building clear conversion paths for each of their three core services.

Custom Design & Art Direction Designed the full UI from scratch around Matrix Transport's navy and orange brand identity, structuring the homepage around three service pillars (courier, passenger transport, bus rental) with clear calls to action and a testimonial section for credibility.

Webflow Development Built the site in Webflow using scalable, reusable class structures, with a three step process section explaining what happens after contact and an FAQ accordion to reduce pre contact friction.

Optimization & Performance Ensured full responsiveness across all devices, optimized assets for fast load times, and structured headings and metadata around relevant Dutch search terms like koeriersdiensten, busverhuur, and personenvervoer.

Testing & Deployment Conducted cross browser and cross device testing, verified forms, navigation, and links, then deployed a production ready site aligned with the client's brand and goals.
