Conversion Brands - Webflow Migration

Project Description

Conversion Brands helps brands and creators build high-performance funnels and monetization assets, working with a portfolio of clients spanning info products, coaching offers, and eCommerce brands. Their existing website needed to move onto Webflow without losing any of its performance-driven design or complex interactive sections.

Goal

To migrate an existing website from its original platform to Webflow, rebuilding every section, including the animated proof grid, tabbed portfolio filter, case study result cards, and testimonial carousel, with full visual and functional accuracy while improving the site's long-term flexibility on Webflow's CMS.

Implementation

Webflow Development Rebuilt the site section by section directly from the live version, replicating the interactive service filter tabs, the case study metrics cards, and the multi-column client proof grid using scalable, reusable Webflow class structures rather than one-off styling.
Migration & Content Integrity Carried over all existing copy, imagery, testimonials, and case study data accurately during the platform switch, checking every section against the original site to confirm nothing was lost or altered in the move.
Optimization & Performance Ensured full responsiveness across all devices, optimized image-heavy sections (client proof grid, case study screenshots) for fast loading, and maintained a clean, SEO-friendly structure post-migration.
Testing & Deployment Performed cross-browser and cross-device testing to confirm consistency with the original site, verified all interactive elements (tabs, carousels, CTAs) functioned correctly, and deployed a production ready Webflow site matching the source design.
