AI Booking & Operations Agent

Built an AI Booking & Operations Agent in n8n to automate appointment management, customer communication, contact handling, and routine business operations through a conversational AI workflow.

The system allows users to interact with an AI agent using natural language instead of manually performing repetitive administrative tasks. The agent interprets each request, maintains conversational context through memory, and selects the appropriate connected tool to complete the required action.

The workflow integrates Google Calendar for creating and managing appointments, Google Sheets for storing and managing contact information, and Gmail for automated email communication. This enables the agent to coordinate multiple business operations from one centralized workflow while keeping data organized across connected services.

Its modular architecture can be customized with additional tools, APIs, prompts, business rules, and operational processes based on specific requirements.
