Collection of 3 pieces inspired by warm colors and Japan

The core idea for this project started with the intention of working with an analogous palette, from there a topic was selected (Japan), then narrowed it down: kimono.

Color Palette: Warm colors were selected representing the summer
For the composition each character is facing a different direction, making a harmonic relationship with their poses.
The rule of thirds was used to emphasis the flower of each character.
Mixed Elements
I wanted to have an element of each illustration in the other ones, that’s why the characters are wearing the flower arrangement that match with the color of the parasol.
