The QAU app is designed to enhance the student experience by integrating essential services into a single, user-friendly platform. Key features of the app include:
Instant Notifications: Delivering timely updates and important alerts to students. 📲
Bus Schedules: Providing accurate and current bus schedules for seamless campus transportation. 🚌
Real-Time Bus Tracking: Enabling students to monitor the location of university buses in real-time. 📍
Official Website Access: Offering quick and easy access to QAU’s official website for comprehensive information and resources. 🌐
Upcoming Features:
To further enrich the app experience, several additional features are currently under development, including:
CMS Integration: Connecting students seamlessly with the university's Content Management System.
Date Sheets: Providing easy access to exam schedules and academic calendars.
Library Management: Enhancing the library experience with functionalities such as book search, reservations, and overdue notifications.
Department Timetables: Offering detailed timetables for each department to help students manage their schedules efficiently.
Substops Functionality: Introducing the Substops feature to allow students to access and view sun routes directly within the app, providing convenient navigation and route planning options. 🌞🚏
This application reflects a strategic effort to leverage technology in improving campus life.
