Smart Cal

🚀 I’m thrilled to announce the launch of SmartCal, a feature-packed schedule planner app designed to give you full control over your calendar while keeping your privacy intact! 🎉 This project has been developed using Kotlin, a modern and powerful programming language for Android development. Kotlin’s concise syntax and safety features allowed for faster development, reduced boilerplate code, and ensured a smooth user experience. Along with Kotlin, I leveraged the following technologies to build SmartCal:

🔹 Material Design: Ensuring a sleek, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing interface with dynamic themes and layouts.

🔹 Firebase: Implemented for push notifications and cloud-based event management.

🔹 View Binding: Used for efficient view interaction, reducing the risk of null pointer exceptions and improving app performance.

🔹 Custom Widgets: Brighten your home screen with customizable calendar widgets that add functionality at a glance. With SmartCal, users can enjoy an ad-free, highly customizable, and private calendar experience, with powerful syncing capabilities across various platforms.
