For meeting notes, use OneNote.
Gathering and organizing financial documents (bank statements, invoices, and receipts) in Excel is the first step in the process. Cash flow, expenses, and income are tracked using Excel formulas. Excel charts are used for financial analysis, and Power BI offers real-time insights.
Excel forecasting and budgeting, including "What-If" analysis to project future performance, are also part of the project. Outlook is used to share reports and updates, and OneNote is used to record meeting minutes.
Better cost control, enhanced financial supervision, and data-driven decision-making are among the results. The project will be finished in stages: a one-week setup phase, followed by quarterly performance assessments and monthly/quarterly reporting.
