Backend Reliability & Integrations
Diagnosed and resolved Postgres connection leaks and slow queries to restore 99.9% uptime
Fixed Stripe payment failures, implemented idempotent webhooks, and ensured reliable billing flows
Overhauled onboarding logic and Auth0 configuration to eliminate signup friction and support SSO
Improved Twilio API and Edge functions for better responses
Edge Function Optimization
Refactored and streamlined Edge Functions code, reducing cold‑start latency by 50% and improving global response times
Introduced modular helpers and thorough type safety to make future edge deployments faster and more maintainable
AI Agent Improvements
Refactored LangChain pipelines for prompt templating and memory management, slashing average response latency by 40%
Migrated core orchestration to LangChain Cloud, enabling dynamic autoscaling and centralized logging
Tuned LLM prompts and chunking strategies for more accurate, context‑aware agent replies
