Quorum is an AI meeting assistant that turns conversations into summaries, decisions, action items, owners, and next steps.

The challenge for the website was not simply showing another AI SaaS product. We needed to make Quorum's workflow understandable before someone used the app, while keeping the experience connected to the product itself.

Instead of relying on generic SaaS illustrations, we used Quorum's product interface as the main storytelling system across the website.

We structured the product storytelling around how that information becomes progressively more actionable:

The transcript provides context, while summaries and decisions surface what matters. Action items then turn those outcomes into clear follow-up with ownership and timing attached. Rather than describing this process through feature copy alone, the website lets visitors see the workflow through the interface itself.

Motion was used to explain relationships inside the product, not simply to add visual effects.

Transitions help show how meeting information moves from conversation into structured outcomes, while interactive product elements give visitors a clearer sense of how Quorum behaves before they enter the application. The goal was to make a complex AI workflow feel easier to understand through sequence, hierarchy, and interaction.

The experience was designed in Figma and carried into frontend development through our AI-assisted design-to-build workflow.

We implemented the product UI, responsive behavior, and interactions as a working website, using motion and frontend tools where they helped communicate the product more clearly. The result is a product website that does more than describe Quorum. It gives visitors an early understanding of how the product organizes meetings and turns conversations into action.
