A field inspection platform that digitizes tire management, improves operational efficiency, and keeps mining fleets moving.

We designed a mobile-responsive web application that enables mining operators to perform tire inspections directly in the field, even in some of the world's most demanding industrial environments. Built for global deployment across mining sites, the platform replaces manual processes with a streamlined digital workflow that improves data accuracy, safety compliance, and operational efficiency. The application allows technicians to collect inspection data on-site, document tire conditions, record measurements, and submit reports in real time. All information is automatically synchronized with the TOMs back-office platform, providing centralized visibility, reporting, and asset management across entire mining operations.

A key challenge was designing a system that remains fast, reliable, and easy to use in remote mining locations where operators work under harsh conditions and often rely on mobile devices. The result is an intuitive, field-ready platform that supports critical maintenance processes, improves operational oversight, and helps mining companies maximize the performance and lifespan of their tire assets worldwide.

In addition to the inspection workflow, we helped design a Lite version focused on tire change management. This extension enables operators to log, track, and manage tire replacements directly from the field, reducing administrative overhead and ensuring accurate maintenance records.
