As the lead experience design, the tasks were distributed in ideas validation, research, wireframing, storyboard, and brand design. We divided the interviews into groups by profiles, such as the elderly, those with disabilities, injury support, or child and youth support. The meetings provided the insights we needed to validate our assumptions. As a team, we came up with 50 ideas, which we narrowed down to three. We developed those ideas, tested them with a smaller group, and delivered it to private groups and customers for final feedback.
