Reporting an e-commerce Shopify website and optimizing for conversions



Project goal

Created a well-detailed report for Bonjourlife ME on their website according to the weak points and competition analysis. The website lacked the converting details that would increase the user's shopping experience.

• Did not have the right strategy setup such as email marketing and retargeting pixels.
• Did not have an email acquisition system.
• The product description was too poor.



Solution

• Implemented the proposed optimizations according to the report.
• Setup email marketing and abandoned cart emails.
• Changed the product description.
• Added an email capturing popup with an appealing offer.
• Designed banners.
• Integrated Google analytics to report users' experience.
• Changed the positions of the sections in a way the user can scroll through the needed content.
• Added Social feed to the landing page.
