CHALLENGE: With each of its offices and facilities around the world not following any degree of brand consistency, we were tasked with developing and implementing a comprehensive brand initiative. This global, Fortune 1000 company needed clear direction and guidance to ensure consistency throughout their international presence.
SOLUTION: We began the process with an extensive audit of existing digital and print material, and then document areas to improve that inform and drive the brand development and actualization. After the brand development, we executed a strategic plan to rebrand the enterprise by working with the various locations around the world.
RESULT: With detailed brand standards we produced in use, we immediately saw a significant increase in consistency across the enterprise. And now that brand has been in place for several years, our role as the ‘brand police’ has been reduced
substantially — clear evidence the standards are being followed.
