Driven By Us is a London-based nonprofit who's mission is to increase diversity in the motorsport industry.

The founder, James Dornor, wanted to level up it's Digital Infrastructure and reached out to me to advise. Here are a few of the things I have done so far.

I am in charge of the Wix site. We are currently in the process of creating a NEW website using Wix Studio. I have recently completed a SEO optimization for the current Wix Site, leading to an increased Click-Through-Rate (CTR) of 14%.

I am creating a Data and KPI management infrastructure to support Business Operations. So far, I have created a script to calculate KPIs from various sources.
