Developed the complete Digital Experience for a conference of 1000-3000 attendees. Fully featured mobile, web + custom tooling for the conference team.

WDS was a conference held from 2011 until 2022 for online creators.
I was responsible for the Digital Experience of the event which included our website, ticket sales, attendee on-boarding, mobile apps, developing tools for our team and more.
The WDS App
(iOS: Ruby, Android: Java/Kotlin)
The WDS App was key to facilitating a smooth experience for attendees and helping them connect with each other. The iOS version was built using Rubymotion, which allows Ruby to compile to native iOS machine code (http://rubymotion.com/).
Web-based Experience
(React, Typescript, Coffeescript)
The main WDS website handled initial discovery of the conference, ticket purchasing, pre-event preparation and, of course, attendee logistics during the event.
WDS HQ - Admin Panel for Staff

The admin panel gave our team autonomy and power to easily handle a great deal of tasks on their own.
