WDS was a conference held from 2011 until 2022 for online creators.

I was responsible for the Digital Experience of the event which included our website, ticket sales, attendee on-boarding, mobile apps, developing tools for our team and more.

The WDS App was key to facilitating a smooth experience for attendees and helping them connect with each other. The iOS version was built using Rubymotion, which allows Ruby to compile to native iOS machine code (

Web-based Experience

The main WDS website handled initial discovery of the conference, ticket purchasing, pre-event preparation and, of course, attendee logistics during the event.
