The goal of JALI AI was to design a platform that enables businesses to:

The product aims to act as a digital customer engagement assistant that operates 24/7.
Challenges
During product discovery, several key business problems were identified:
1. Missed follow-ups and lost revenue
Businesses often fail to follow up with leads or past customers due to time and team limitations.
2. High cost of customer support teams
Hiring, training, and managing customer service staff is expensive, especially for small and growing businesses.
3. Limited availability
