When I started working with Feet It, they already had a strong orthopedic product, but faced a common challenge: how do you clearly show that it truly works and that the brand can be trusted? My goal was to solve that through the creative concept and production behind these videos.
I developed a two-part storytelling approach.
First, I focused on presenting the product and production process itself in a format suitable for both B2B and B2C use cases, with the purpose of establishing professionalism, credibility, and trust from the very first impression.
The second part focused on real customer stories. I worked with a professional folk dancer whose daily life had been significantly improved by the insoles. There were no scripts and no actors—only genuine, personal experiences, guided lightly to keep the narrative clear and emotionally authentic.
By combining these two perspectives, we got a complete story: a professional and passionate brand, supported by real human proof from people who directly benefit from the product. The result is a narrative that builds confidence and connects naturally with the audience.
