Content Strategist for HR Company | Randstad

In August 2023, as community manager and content creator of Randstad Portugal, I was behind the creation of the content strategy, recording, and video production for the profile of Tiktok of Randstad Portugal.

With the trust of my team, I have developed a strategy focused on helping all those who are looking for work and want to actively improve their chances of getting an interview and eventually a job.

I put myself on their feet—because my experience with unemployment was quite recent—and thought about everything I would like to know or learn if I came back—hopefully not—to be unemployed.

After the survey of all "pains", I prepared a content strategy with topics that are relevant to everyone looking for jobs - be it the 1st or new -, tips, demystified myths, and even created a rubric in which you look at words in detailed job ads and we explained exactly what those meant.

And who better to talk about these issues than the consultants of Randstad? As such, in coordination with several teams at Randstad, I gave the consultants a choice of topics, leaving only the note "prepare the topic by topics because there will be no teleprompter".

As such, all videos are natural. No one read anything about any teleprompter, again focusing on a simple language, as if it were a conversation between friends, and in which the consultants can be themselves, away from the overly rigid or professional image normally associated with Randstad communication.

I was present and served as director/producer of all 180 recorded videos, working together with a professional video recording/editing team.

After the recording of videos, I participated actively in screening content and later on its scheduling.

In just 2 months, without advertising, the profile reached 800 followers and continued to grow daily during my time working at Randstad.
