At Z1, I led the branding and web design for Hyre, a digital recruitment agency founded by ex-Uber recruiters. The goal was to craft a bold identity and online presence that communicated speed, transparency, and innovation—the core values of Hyre’s approach to building high-performing teams.

Overview

Hyre brings recruitment into the digital age by combining agency know-how and in-house experience. Their service models—Exclusive, Retainer, and Contingency—are designed to scale teams quickly, effectively, and with complete transparency.
I worked on both the brand identity and digital product design, developing:
A custom wordmark based on Aeonik, modified to feel distinctive and modern.
A color system centered on Hyre Pink and Hyre Blue, creating strong contrast and digital energy.
A website that clearly communicates their services, values, and team philosophy, with a bold and futuristic look.
Applications and swag (social media, LinkedIn, merchandise) to extend the brand into touchpoints beyond the site.

Results

The new branding and website successfully positioned Hyre as a modern, trustworthy, and fast-moving recruitment partner. The work delivered:
