Travel Agency Supply Chain

In this project I established and streamlined the supply chain for a travel agency, including sourcing flight tickets and ground packages to enhance service delivery.
The project consist of building rapport and connection with Airlines company to secure flight ticket supplier.
Next finding the right partnership with other travel agency that follow company vision and mission for clients and products that offered.
All of this project is following company Gant Chart to build a supply chain within 6 months to operate and start selling product to customer.
Result of this project is that, Company flight ticket supply chain was able to secured as well as supply chain for ground packages. Managed to bring in more than 10 suppliers that are able to provide flight tickets and ground packages to be promoted as the time being.
Supply chain will keep on growing to meet demands of customer that may have certain budget and certain request.
