At Lenovo, I led a major project to upgrade their accounting and bookkeeping systems, managing the entire accounting process from start to finish. The project focused on integrating their accounting functions with a new ERP system, which automated tasks like invoice handling and expense tracking, making everything more efficient and accurate.
I reviewed and corrected historical financial records to ensure they were accurate and consistent. I also redesigned Lenovo’s financial reports with advanced analytics and visualizations, making it easier for the company to understand their financial data and make better decisions.
Additionally, I created a new expense management system to help identify cost-saving opportunities and updated their compliance procedures to meet international standards. This complete overhaul improved operations, clarified financial information, and ensured compliance, supporting Lenovo’s continued success worldwide.
