Aimed at a client from HR department. The statistical analysis is part of his research on studying human behaviour for conflict resolution. The deliverables are R Studio code for the statistical analysis and a documentation interpreting the method and the results.The method used is moderated regression analysis. The entire project demonstrates data extraction, data processing, treating categorical variables, correlation analysis, regression analysis and interpretation of results.
